EnvirUP Charity Giving
EnvirUP is committed to creating a better environment and that includes helping the most vulnerable. We have therefore pledged 20% of the revenue (after transaction costs) from the Green Index to go to our favoured charities.
We have selected organisations that we hope will support the most vulnerable and create positive change. The charity donations will be split in the following ways:
- 5% Childhealth Advocacy International (CAI)
- 5% Students In Free Enterprise (SIFE)
- 10% Split between 5 charities in proportion to number of votes received.
Childhealth Advocacy International are working to help babies, children and pregnant mothers in countries where there is extreme poverty and adequete healthcare is scarce. They don't just provide aid but training to locals so they can care for themselves in the future.
Students In Free Enterprise believe a better world starts with better people - people who have the ability and are willing to put fourth the effort to make meaningful contribution to their communities and the lives of others.
We have selected 5 UK charities that do great things. When you buy the Green Index, you can select the charity that you would like 10% of this projects revenue to go to. We will count the votes and split the donation in proportion to the number of votes for a given month. We will obtain a letter from the charities to confirm the amount they have received.
